Birth Classes
An interactive childbirth education series designed to educate you and your partner on the stages and phases of labor, the meaningfulness of movement and positioning, coping strategies, common variations and complications, while promoting partner engagement and connection, and the importance of informed consent.
This is an inclusive class that provide information on options for home or hospital birth, medicated, unmedicated, and cesarean birth from a birthworker perspective.
You will leave feeling informed, connected, and ready to birth like the badass you are!
October Classes will be held in the Cargo District in downtown Wilmington on the following Wednesday evenings from 6-8:30 PM; October 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th. Spaces are limited, click the button below to secure your spot today!
